Rohit anchored India's innings with a 138-run knock, becoming the first Indian batter to score an ODI century at Lord's.

He shared a 147-run opening partnership with Gill before adding another 70 runs with Kohli to keep India in the hunt.

England's Late Surge Proves Decisive

England's total of 387/3 was powered by Ben Duckett's 141 and Jacob Bethell's 91.

The hosts added a massive 82 runs in the final five overs, with Jos Buttler blasting 41 off just 13 balls to push the total beyond India's reach.

Jacob Bethell made a huge impact with both bat and ball. After scoring 91, the left-arm spinner dismissed Rohit and bowled a tight seven-over spell.
