Three Indian Army Agniveers who went missing during flash floods and landslides in Arunachal Pradesh’s Dibang Valley on August 14 have been declared dead after DNA testing confirmed their identities. Aditya Kumar, Kundan Kumar and Vinod Yadav were deployed in the region. The Army paid tribute to the soldiers and expressed condolences to their families, whose remains were subsequently handed over.
