His Highness Prince Rahim Aga Khan V met Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Governor Acharya Devvrat in Gandhinagar during his first official visit to India since becoming the 50th hereditary Imam of the Ismaili Muslims in February 2025.
Discussions focused on the longstanding partnership between the Ismaili Imamat, Aga Khan Development Network and Gujarat, and opportunities for future collaboration.
