Winter is coming: Mercury drop of 3°C in three days expected in Gujarat

According to the forecast by the Meteorological Department, in the next three days, the minimum temperature in Gujarat is likely to fall to 3°C, marking the beginning of the winter.
Dahod recorded the lowest temperature at 15.6°C on Saturday night. Amreli registered 16.4°C, 16.5°C in Porbandar, 17.2°C in Nalia, 17.6°C in Vadodara, 18.4°C in Narmada, 18.5°C in Deesa, 18.6°C in Rajkot, 18.8°C in Gandhinagar-Jamnagar, 19.8°C in Bhavnagar, 20.9°C in Bhuj, and 21.7°C was registered in Surat.
A few cities, including Rajkot, experienced a mixed season with the maximum temperature remaining at 35°C during the day and cold breeze at night.
Howerer, On Sunday, the temperatures dropped in Gandhinagar, Porbandar, and Rajkot by 0.5°C, 0.2°C, and 0.2°C, respectively.
The average minimum temperature in Ahmedabad was 19.5°C, which was 1.8°C above normal.
The minimum temperature of Ahmedabad is likely to be around 17°C to 19°C for the next three days. The maximum temperature of Ahmedabad during the day on Saturday was 34°C. After the next three days, the maximum temperature of Ahmedabad is likely to drop to 31°C.
