Surat banker dies by suicide, leaves note; family suspects foul play

An assistant manager of Indian Bank reportedly ended his life by hanging himself at his home in Surat. 

Family members of the deceased have expressed doubts regarding the suicide and have requested the police to investigate the matter thoroughly.

It has come to light that the man had written a suicide note before the incident. The Adajan police have registered a case, sent the young man’s body for a post-mortem at the Civil Hospital, and initiated further investigation.

Assistant manager Aman Bhargava,, a Rajasthan native, had been living in Adajan. After the incident, his family members informed the police, following which Adajan police rushed to the scene.

Family members have accused a woman and her husband for Bhargava taking this drastic step. They also suggested that the woman’s alleged instigation might have led Bhargava to take this extreme action. 

The family has demanded justice.
