AMC Encroachment Drive

In a bid to remove encroachments in the city, the town planning and estate department of Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has launched a drive across various zones of Ahmedabad.

Encroachments which have plagued many roads of the city have led to congestion, causing inconvenience to commuters. This has also led to  pedestrians facing difficulty in crossing the road. 

In order to address the situation, encroachments on the roads of all the seven zones of the city will be made congestion-free.

Which roads will be freed from encroachments?

- From Usmanpura cross road - Nehrunagar cross road to Anjali cross road

- From Surdhara Circle - SAL Hospital cross roads to Judges Bungalow road

- From Naroda Muktidham -Hanspura bus stand to Dehgam Circle.

- From Narol Circle - Chandola Lake - Danilimda to Jamalpur Bridge.

- Vidya Mandir School Road, Vastral

- From Delhi Darwaja cross road to Shahibaug underpass

- From Umiya Hall cross road to Prabhat Chowk

- From Sobo Center Cross Roads to Bhagwati Bungalow road, Ghuma
