Ahmeadbad woman dies in accident

In yet another horrific accident in Ahmedabad, a young physiotherapy aspirant lost her life after a car rammed into her scooter near  Keshavbaug in the Shivranjani area.

The woman sustained serious injuries in the accident and was rushed to Zydus Cadila Hospital, where she slipped into a coma and was reported to have suffered multiple fractures. She succumbed to her injuries during the treatment.

According to eyewitnesses, the speeding car diver hit the woman, dragging her 50 metres away.

The driver was speeding to dodge the closing traffic signal, which resulted in the accident. CCTV footage of this incident has also been sourced by the authorities.

Although the driver could be spotted driving the car at a reckless speed, the police are alleged to be protecting her.

The family of the deceased gathered outside the police station, demanding the arrest of the woman who caused the accident.

A post-mortem of the deceased woman’s body is currently underway.
