The arrested accused were identified as Mohammad Shoaib Mohammad Sadiq Sheikh, 30, a resident of Shah Alam Roza, and Mohammad Irshad Mohammad Riaz Sheikh, 29, a resident of Barrel Market in Danilimda.
Police said two other accused, identified as Shadab Qureshi and another individual identified only as Shehbaz, are currently absconding.
During the operation, police allegedly recovered 133 kilograms of suspected beef valued at approximately ₹26,600 along with other meat products.
Officials said the police also seized several sharp weapons allegedly used for slaughtering activities, including knives, choppers and an axe.
In addition, officers confiscated a Bajaj autorickshaw and a blue Maruti Suzuki Brezza car, which were allegedly being used in the transportation of meat.
Two mobile phones belonging to the accused were also seized during the raid. The total value of the seized property, including vehicles and electronic devices, was estimated at approximately ₹ 3.43 lakh.
Police have registered a case under provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), the Gujarat Animal Preservation (Amendment) Act and relevant sections of the Gujarat Police Act.
Officials said samples of the seized meat would be sent for forensic and veterinary examination to confirm its nature as part of the investigation.
Police officials said efforts were underway to trace the absconding accused and investigate whether a larger illegal meat transportation network was operating in the area.
