GTU fails to refund reassessment fees to 2,000 students who cleared exam

The Gujarat Technological University (GTU) refunds the reassessment fees to the students who are declared pass after the reassessment.

However, a technical glitch in online payment has halted the refund of the reassessment fees for about 2,000 students from different courses and different semesters.

Moreover, according to students, even after two months of the results, the hard copy of the mark sheet is not available, the academic calendar is also announced late, and the result of the NCC general credit course is yet to be announced.

With all these issues, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) created an uproar at the GTU campus and entered the Chancellor’s cabin to hurl slogans.

A few days ago, ABVP had submitted a written application to the GTU about the refund of the reassessment fees for the students who had cleared the exams.
