The refusal allegedly enraged Gopal, who picked up a pipe lying nearby and struck Sahilbhai on the stomach. The complainant further alleged that Bunty and Nikul joined the assault, attacking him with wooden sticks and repeatedly striking his back and legs.
Sahilbhai alleged that he attempted to flee towards a nearby SBI ATM, but the four men chased him. Avinash alias Chhotu allegedly threatened to kill him before striking him on the head and forehead with an iron bracelet he was wearing.
The complainant stated that he sustained bleeding injuries and lost consciousness following the assault, after which the accused fled the scene.
Bystanders alerted the 108 emergency ambulance service, which shifted the injured man to LG Hospital. Doctors admitted him to the trauma ward, where he is undergoing treatment.
