Truck crashes into five vehicles near Theba Chowkdi in Jamnagar, biker injured

A serious road accident took place late Saturday night, near Theba Chowkdi on the outskirts of Jamnagar city, where a speeding truck hit more than five vehicles, causing chaos and a major traffic jam.

According to initial reports, the accident occurred near the Baradi petrol pump when the truck driver lost control of the vehicle. The truck first hit several moving and stationary vehicles from behind, damaging them. A young man riding a bike was also hit in the incident and suffered serious injuries. He was immediately taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

After the accident, traffic on the highway came to a standstill for several kilometers, leaving many commuters stuck for hours at night. Police teams from the City A Division reached the spot soon after and removed the damaged vehicles to restore traffic flow.

The police have arrested the truck driver who allegedly tried to flee after the accident. A case has been registered, and further investigation is underway.
