Summer countdown begins in Gujarat from today
It is time to shift the pullovers aside as the summer countdown has begun in Gujarat. It is that time of the year when mango lovers yearn and others cope with the scorching heat of Ahmedabad and other districts of Gujarat.
The state witnessed over 34°C across 12 cities on Mar 10.
In the upcoming three days, the state’s temperature is likely to gradually rise to 36°C.
Ahmedabad weather
The mercury is set to leap today across the state.
On Mar 10, Ahmedabad witnessed a minimum temperature of 17.2°C at night.
As of today, the city’s minimum temperature is recorded at 22°C, and the maximum temperature is expected to reach as high as 35°C.
Weather across the districts of Gujarat
Rajkot is likely to witness a maximum temperature of 36.5°C today, with Surat at 34.8°C, Gandhinagar at 34.4°C, Naliya at 33.0°C, 36.4°C in Bhavnagar, 35.7°C in Amreli, 30.5°C in Diu, 34.3°C in Narmada, 35.3°C in Surendranagar, 34.5°C in Chhotaudepur, 31.8°C in Daman, and 30.5°C in Diu.
The highest minimum temperature is likely to be witnessed in Naliya at 15°C.
