Following the girder mishap during the construction of the bullet train that took lives of three workers, the Collector of Anand district has issued a notice to the project manager of the Ahmedabad-Mumbai bullet Train project, asking for an investigation and a report of all details within two days.

The notice states that serious mistakes were made during the construction of the girder, and that the proper instructions were not followed correctly.
