Gujarat Police recruitment : Process to download call letters begin for PSI-LRD physical test

 The dates of physical ability test for direct recruitment of Police Sub Inspector (PSI) and Lokrakshak (LRD) cadres have been announced.

The physical examination is going to start in the state from January 21. Then the process of downloading call letters for the physical test started at 2 pm today.

Call letter downloading process begins

Candidates can now download the call letter for detailed information on the date, time, and venue of their exam.

-First of all go to ojas.gujarat.gov.in.

-Go to the 'Call Letter' section and click on 'Preliminary Exam Call Letter'.

-Fill in your required details (Confirmation Number and Date of Birth).

-Download your hall ticket by clicking on 'Print Call Letter'.

Candidates will contest from January 21

After a long wait, the recruitment board has now clarified the exam schedule. The candidates who have applied for this cadre will have their physical efficiency test (Physical Efficiency Test) starting from January 21. This exam will be conducted under strict security and modern technology at various centers in the state.

The Gujarat Police Recruitment Board (GPRB) has announced the long-awaited physical test for Police Sub Inspector (PSI) and Lokrakshak Dal (LRD).This recruitment process will be held for a total of 13,591 posts of Class-3 cadre in the state. 

 The physical test is the first and most important stage of this recruitment process. Only those candidates who pass the running and other physical criteria will be eligible for the written examination.

What precautions should be taken?

The recruitment board has informed that candidates should download the call letter on time and be present at the place and time mentioned in it. It is mandatory for candidates to carry the printout of the call letter along with original ID proof (Aadhaar card, election card etc.) and passport size photographs, along with necessary original documents on the day of the physical test. Since it is the winter season, the run will be organized early in the morning, so it is imperative for candidates to reach the ground on time.

Emphasis on transparent process

Like every time, the physical test will be conducted by the Police Recruitment Board this time also in a very transparent manner and with the use of technology. RFID chips will be used for the run so that the time can be recorded accurately. This process will be completed amidst CCTV cameras and tight security at the grounds.

Download in advance: Download the call letter as early as possible to avoid problems due to last-minute traffic spikes on the website.

Read the instructions: Follow all the instructions mentioned in the call letter, such as documents and timing.
