Gujarat High Court orders transfer of 31 judges across the state

The Gujarat High Court has ordered the transfer of 31 judges of the lower judiciary across the state.
The specific transfers listed in the order include:
Utkarsh Desai, judge at District Court Vadodara, has been appointed as the principal judge of the Ahmedabad City Civil Court.
Ahmedabad City Civil Court’s principal judge, Kamal Sojitra, has been transferred to Patan.
RT Vachhani, judge at District Court Rajkot, has been transferred to Surat.
SK Baxi, principal judge of Jamnagar District Court, will be transferred to Palanpur.
Bhavnagar’s district judge LS Pirzada has been transferred to Surendranagar, the principal judge at Bhuj HS Mulia to Bhavnagar, and Morbi’s district judge Pinakin Joshi to Porbandar.
Bhuj Family Court judge Bena Chauhan has been appointed as the principal judge of Mehsana Family Court.
Moreover, Ahmedabad District Court judge Amrishkumar Vyas has been transferred to Bhuj, and Chota Udepur’s Dilipkumar Gohil has been appointed as Surendranagar Family Court’s principal judge.
