Former BJP minister fires three rounds in his office

In a commotion at his office in Vapi, former Valsad minister from BJP fired three rounds at the partners of Shivshakti Developers to intimidate them during a land dispute discussion on Aug 12.
Girirajsinh Jadeja, a builder and former BJP minister from Valsad district, allegedly threatened to kill partners of Shivshakti Developers.
After purchasing land from the accused in 2019 for ₹5.30 cr, the buyers had repeatedly requested the removal of a loan burden of ₹2.49 crores on the land, but no action was taken.
They had come to discuss the land issue and seek a solution to the loan issue that was preventing them from acquiring the land. The partners were waiting for hours and Jadeja abruptly came out of the cabin and fired three rounds of bullets and threatened to kill them.
A bullet cartridge was found at the scene. The police seized two weapons,arrested Girirajsinh Jadeja, and others involved in the case.
