8 Valsad police personnel charged for missing court proceedings

A magistrate court judge in Vapi has ordered a complaint against eight police personnel including police inspectors (PI).
Despite repeated summons and warrants by the court, a total of 8 police personnel failed to appear in court for their testimonies.
The court had also issued a written order to Valsad police chief Karanraj Vaghela regarding the absence of police personnel.
As orders were not followed after that, Judge M J Titani filed a complaint against eight police officials under Section 200 of CrPC.
The complaint has been registered against:

(5) Head Constable Turajsinh Kiratsinh, two cases - Criminal Case No. 5857/2021 and 7565/2023
(6) Head Constable Mahendra Julubha, LCB, Criminal Case No. 3449/2019
(7) Constable Mahesh Amrutlal, Dungra Police Station, Criminal Case No. 107/2021
(8) Constable Chintan Chandubhai, Vapi town, Criminal Case No. 6530/2021
