According to police, Pritam Patel, a resident of Udaipur, is alleged to have dispatched the liquor consignment, while another unidentified accused allegedly placed the order for the prohibited stock.

A case has been registered at Dahegam Police Station under the Gujarat Prohibition Act and relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
