Two Youths Attacked With Sticks In Bhavnagar, Four Booked

Two youths were allegedly attacked with sticks in Bhavnagar’s Hadanagar area after an argument late Friday night. Police have registered a case against four accused and launched an investigation.

Argument Turns Violent

According to the complaint, Pareshbhai Bharatbhai Aal (32), a resident of Shiv Shakti Society in Hadanagar and a private employee with Chitra Water Supply, was standing near his grandfather’s house at around 9.30 p.m. on July 10, talking to his cousin and a friend.

During this time, Shamla Shelana, who lives opposite the house, allegedly objected to them standing there and slapped Pareshbhai.

Four Accused Attack Youths

Soon after, Shamla’s sons, Milan and Alpesh Jabra, along with Munna Kukabhai, allegedly arrived carrying sticks. Alpesh is accused of hitting Pareshbhai on the head with a stick.

When Pareshbhai’s cousin, Tusharbhai, tried to intervene, Munna allegedly struck him on the head with a stick.

Threat Before Fleeing

As local residents gathered at the spot, the four accused allegedly fled after threatening to kill the victims if they were seen again.

Both injured youths were taken to a hospital for treatment.

Police Begin Investigation

Based on Pareshbhai’s complaint, Bortalav police have registered a case against all four accused. Further investigation is underway.
