Investigators revealed that the accused, Mohammad Juned Patel, forged the trademark, logo, and design parameters of Yami Ghar Shop Pvt. Ltd., slapping stickers of his own brand, KISRA, over the copied packaging to dupe unsuspecting consumers across retail markets.
