Today, the PKL kicked off its tenth season with a decennial celebratory event for the league.

The league was inaugurated by the captain of the winning team of season 9, Sunil Kumar of the Jaipur Pink Panthers, and the season 10 opening game captains Pawan Sehrawat of the Telugu Titans and Fazal Atrachali of the Gujarat Giants.
Anupam Goswami, executive head and commissioner of the organising committee said, “Hosting the league in 12 cities helps the league build strong relations with the communities in the local regions of the franchises.”
The Gujarat Giants will take on the Telugu Titans in the opening game of PKL season 10 at the EKA Arena at Ahmedabad’s TransStadia on Dec 2.
