T20 World Cup 2026 schedule: India vs Pakistan on Feb 15, final in Ahmedabad

India will begin their T20 World Cup title defence on February 7, 2026, against the USA in Mumbai as the ICC unveiled the full schedule for the tournament co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka.
The tournament, which will be played for over a month, will have 55 matches played between 20 teams. The final will be played on March 8, 2026.
The most anticipated contest, India vs Pakistan will take place on February 15. The final will take place at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad, unless Pakistan qualifies.

Group D: New Zealand, South Africa, Afghanistan, Canada, UAE
Top two team from each group will move on to Group 8 stage, after that, they will play for semifinals (4 teams) and final (2 teams).
