India sweeps 100 medals at this Asian Games at Hangzhou, a historic feat for the country. The overall tally ends at 107.
Currently, China is leading the overall Asian Games 2023 medal tally with 187 gold, ahead of Japan (47) and the Republic of Korea (36).
