16 Gujarat Revenue Officers, Including 13 Mamlatdars and 3 Deputy Collectors, Retire

A total of 16 officers of the Gujarat Revenue Department, including 13 Mamlatdars and three Deputy Collectors (Junior Scale), are set to retire from government service on June 30, 2026, after attaining the age of superannuation.

The retired officers had been serving in various districts across Gujarat in key administrative and revenue-related roles.

Three Deputy Collectors Retire

The following Gujarat Administrative Service (GAS) officers retired on Tuesday:

A I Halpati – Deputy Collector-1, Collector Office, Chhota Udepur
R C Patel – Prant Officer, Dharampur, Valsad district
M G Solanki – Manager (Land), Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited (SSNNL), Gandhinagar

Along with the Deputy Collectors, 13 Mamlatdars serving in various collector offices and departments, including disaster management, also retired after completing their tenure in government service.

Retirement List Triggers Discussion on Birth Records

The retirement list has sparked discussion on social media and in administrative circles after the birth dates of several retiring officers drew attention.
