Indian woman missing days after arrival for arrange marriage in US
A 24-year-old Indian woman disappeared days after arriving in the United States for an arranged marriage, as per a report by the New York Post.
Citing Lindenwold, NJ, Police, the news channel said that Simran Simran’s flight from India arrived on June 20 and surveillance footage showed her looking at her phone and seemingly waiting for someone.
The police claimed that she ‘didn’t appear to be in distress’ in the footage.
Simran’s identification
Simran stands 5 feet 4 inches tall, is said to weigh about 150 pounds and has a small scar on the left side of her forehead.
She was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, a white T-shirt, black flip-flops, and small diamond-studded earrings. She has no relatives living in the States and speaks no English.
Gujarat Samachar Digital has sought a response from Lindenwold Police for updates.
