India issues advisory for nationals in Israel amid rising regional tensions

The Government of India has issued a fresh advisory urging all Indian nationals in Israel to exercise “utmost caution” in view of the prevailing security situation in the region.

The Embassy of India in Tel Aviv advised citizens to remain vigilant at all times and strictly follow safety guidelines issued by Israeli authorities and the Home Front Command. Indians have been asked to stay close to designated shelters and identify the nearest protected spaces near their residence or workplace.

The advisory also recommends avoiding all non-essential travel within Israel until further notice. Citizens have been encouraged to closely monitor local news, official announcements and emergency alerts for real-time updates.

For updated safety instructions, nationals have been directed to access the Israeli Home Front Command portal (oref.org.il/eng).
