Amid deportation, ad on TikTok promises illegal US entry via Canada for $5000

Amid the crackdown on illegal migrants in the US, smugglers are openly advertising on TikTok for illegal entry into the US, which will set you back by $5000 (₹4.35 lakh).
Human traffickers, also known as coyotes, are now promoting entry into the US via Canada, claiming it is a safer route.
This offer is targeting Indian nationals who wish to enter the US. The offer reportedly states that no payment is required until one reaches the US border, with the journey priced at just $5,000.
According to the post, the journey will be smooth from cities like Montreal, Brampton, and Surrey into US states such as New York or Washington.
A US media house contacted one smuggler to confirm the details, and the smuggler did confirm a safe journey for $4,500, which includes a two-hour car ride and a 25-minute trek through the woods. The smuggler also mentioned that a map and navigation would be provided to reach the border.
It is reported that a group of five individuals is taken at a time during the walk.
This post is viral on TikTok, although the deportation in the US is ongoing where illegally immigrated Indians have been deported. A third such flight landed on Sunday night in Amritsar with 112 deportees and before that on Saturday 116 immigrants had arrived. Subsequently, some deportees were sent to their home states.
