UPSC opens employment doors for aspirants who cleared all stages except interview

The UPSC has launched PRATIBHA Setu, where PRATIBHA stands for Professional Resource And Talent Integration – Bridge for Hiring Aspirants.

This initiative will allow employers including ministries, PSUs, autonomous bodies, and private organizations to access candidate data who have cleared all stages of UPSC exams but did not make it to the final merit list, i.e. who could not clear interviews.

The initiative was earlier called Public Disclosure Scheme (PDS). Earlier, list of non-recommended willing candidates who qualify the written examinations but are not recommended after the interview were disclosed under the PDS.

Now, the Commission provide Login IDs to the organizations to voluntary selection/recruitment of non-recommended candidates. Further, the private organizations can also register through their own.

The exams include–

  • Non-recommended willing candidates of the following Examinations are included under this scheme–
  • Civil Services Examination
  • Indian Forest Service Examination
  • Central Armed Police Forces (ACs) Examination
  • Engineering Services Examination
  • Combined Geo-Scientist Examination
  • CDS Examination
  • Indian Economic Service/Indian Statistical Service Examination
  • Combined Medical Services Examination

NDA & NA Examination, Limited Departmental viz CBI(DSP) LDCE, CISF AC(EXE) LDCE and SO/Steno (GE-B/GD-I) LDCE exams are not covered under this scheme.
