Seven fall ill on Air India flight from London to Mumbai, probe underway

Five passengers and two crew members onboard Air India flight AI130 from London to Mumbai experienced dizziness and nausea during the journey, as per reports.

The airline confirmed that medical teams were reportedly on standby when the aircraft landed safely in Mumbai. Two passengers and two crew members, who continued to feel unwell after arrival, were taken for further medical evaluation and were later discharged.

An Air India spokesperson reportedly stated that during flight AI130 from London Heathrow to Mumbai, several individuals complained of nausea and dizziness at different points in the flight. Immediate medical attention was arranged upon landing.

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has been informed about the incident, and Air India stated that a detailed probe is underway to determine the cause.
