SC raps Ranveer Allahbadia for his remarks, provides relief from arrest, more FIRs

"There is something dirty in his mind," were the words of the Supreme Court bench consisting of Justices Surya Kant and N Kotishwar Singh, as they told Ranveer Allahbadia -- embroiled in controversies for his remarks on YouTube show "India's Got Latent" -- that his family would be ashamed of his words, as per reports.
The apex court, grilling the "BeerBiceps" for his remarks on voyeurism and sex with parents, reportedly asked if the court should entertain such persons. It also noted that it knows where he copied the question. There are certain societies where they warn those who are not supposed to watch such programmes... they maintain precautions.
Justice Kant asked who would like such words and said that just because somebody thinks they are popular, they cannot speak anything and take society for granted, as per reports.
On the flip side, the court was not in support of death threats and reportedly said that a judicial system is bound by the law and there will be action if there are threats.
The Supreme Court bench also said that he would not be arrested and no more FIRs would be filed against him. However, he will have to submit his passport to Maharashtra Police, and cannot leave the country without the court's permission, as per reports.
He was reportedly asked to approach the police for the protection of himself and his family over the death threats.
