Rajasthan Police have blocked 15,326 mobile numbers, nearly 7,800 URLs and profiles, and 100 devices allegedly linked to the online circulation of child sexual exploitation and abuse material (CSEAM).

Police said suspected networks were using private and paid groups or channels on platforms such as Telegram and Discord to circulate CSEAM.
According to Singh, users often entered these groups using fake identities and exchanged material through direct messages. In some cases, files were uploaded to Google Drive and other cloud storage services, with only links being circulated among users.
Police also found the use of coded words and hashtags on Instagram and Facebook to establish contact before conversations were moved to platforms with less monitoring.
Digital Trails Used To Identify Suspects
Rajasthan Police are analysing NCMEC reports alongside digital trails to identify suspected accounts, mobile numbers and devices.
Singh said police were monitoring such online networks and coordinating with police agencies in other states when suspects were found to be operating from outside Rajasthan.
The officer urged people to report such material rather than download, store or share it. He warned that possession and circulation of child sexual exploitation material can attract legal action under the POCSO Act, Information Technology Act and other applicable laws.
