NEET (UG) re-test results out: Here’s how to check

The  National Testing Agency (NTA) on June 30 announced the results of 813 candidates who appeared for the NEET 2024 re-test. 

The results are available on the official website at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/. Following SC’s order, the exam was re-conducted for 1,563 students on June 23, of which only 813 students appeared. The number of toppers has decreased from 67 to 61 in the revised results.

Candidates who participated in this exam can check their results on the NEET UG 2024 exam portal at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET by logging in with their application number and date of birth.

Follow these steps to check the NEET UG results:

Step 1: Visit the official website for NEET UG 2024 results, exam.nta.ac.in/NEET.

Step 2: Click on the ‘NEET UG re-test result 2024’ tab on the homepage.

Step 3: Enter log in details such as application number, date of birth, and security pin.

Step 4: A new window will open displaying the candidate’s scorecard.

Step 5: Download the scorecard and save it.

Step 6: Print the NEET UG 2024 scorecard for future reference.

According to the notice, the challenges received were verified by the experts and the results were processed as per the answer keys finalised by the experts. The final Answer Keys of the re-test have been published on the website https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/

Grace marks were awarded to 1,563 candidates by NTA to compensate for time lost due to delayed start of exam at six centres. However, they were asked to appear for a retest, following the SC’s order.
