Man Beaten to Death With Sticks in Delhi’s Mayur Vihar Phase 3

A man was allegedly beaten to death with sticks and rods in East Delhi’s Mayur Vihar Phase 3 early Sunday morning, with police launching an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fatal assault.

Assault Reported Around 5 a.m.

The incident took place at around 5 a.m. within the jurisdiction of the New Ashok Nagar police station. After receiving information about the assault, a police team reached the spot and began examining the scene.

Victim Succumbs to Injuries

Security Guard Claims He Witnessed Attack

A security guard, Nandlal Yadav, who claimed to have witnessed the incident, told IANS that two men were involved in the attack. He said one of them assaulted the victim with sticks and rods.

Witness Says Attackers Threatened Him

Yadav also claimed that the attackers threatened him when he confronted them. He said he subsequently returned and informed the police.
