JEE Advanced 2025 result declared: Rajasthan’s Rajit Gupta secures AIR 1

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur on Monday declared the results of JEE Advanced 2025, with Rajit Gupta from Kota, Rajasthan, emerging as the All India Rank 1 holder. Representing the IIT Delhi zone, Rajit scored 332 out of 360 marks, topping one of India’s toughest engineering entrance exams.
The official results are now available on jeeadv.ac.in, where candidates can check their scores. Alongside the results, the final answer key has also been published.
This year’s JEE Advanced was conducted on May 18 in two shifts, with Paper 1 and Paper 2 held on the same day. The response sheets were released on May 22, followed by the provisional answer key on May 25.
According to subject experts and test-takers, mathematics was the most challenging paper, followed closely by physics and chemistry, both of which were also considered tough.
Candidates who qualify can now participate in the JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counselling for admissions to prestigious IITs across the country.
