IRS officer’s daughter found dead in Delhi

A shocking incident has come to light in New Delhi, where a young woman, daughter of a senior IRS officer, was found murdered at her home in the Amar Colony area of southeast Delhi, as per reports. 

According to police, the 21-year-old was found inside her house by family members under suspicious conditions. They immediately informed the police, after which a team reached the spot and started the investigation.

Initial reports suggest that the victim may have been sexually assaulted before being killed. Police sources said she was strangled using a mobile phone charger cable. At the time of the incident, she was alone at home.

During the early investigation, police have reportedly raised suspicion on a former domestic worker who had earlier worked at the house. He was reportedly removed from the job about a month ago. Since then, he has been missing, and police believe he could be involved in the crime.

A case has been registered, and multiple police teams have been formed to search for the accused and collect evidence. Officials are also checking CCTV footage and questioning people in the area to get more details, as per reports.
