Claims are cross-verified through citizen interaction and ground-level checks.</p><p style="text-align: left;">Citizens’ voice (30%): Direct public feedback and their active participation in cleanliness efforts.</p><p style="text-align: left;">Certifications (30%): Gauging how cities are performing under Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs protocols, including Star Ratings for Garbage Free Cities and various ODF categories (ODF, ODF+, ODF++, Water+).</p><p style="text-align: left;">An external agency vets all data through calls, site visits, and random area checks.
