Indian passport ranks 85th out of 109 in Global Passport Rankings

Out of 109 ranks provided to 199 countries, India ranked 85th in the Henley Passport Index 2024, with a visa-free score of 62.
Passports of France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Singapore, and Spain ranked first with a visa-free score of 194. Afghanistan ranked last (109th) with a visa-free score of 28.
The top five passports also included countries of Finland, Netherlands, South Korea, Sweden on 2nd; Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, UK on 3rd; Belgium, Norway, Portugal on 4th; and Australia, Greece, Malta, New Zealand, Switzerland on 5th place.
