GSRTC Launches Ahmedabad-Ujjain AC Luxury Bus Service; Fare Fixed At ₹911

The Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) has launched a new daily AC luxury bus service between Ahmedabad and Ujjain, making travel easier for devotees visiting the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga.

The corporation has also introduced a new AC bus service connecting Ahmedabad with Shirdi for devotees travelling to the Sai Baba shrine.

Ahmedabad-Ujjain Bus Timings

The Ahmedabad-Ujjain AC luxury bus will depart daily from Gita Mandir Bus Station at 7 pm.

For the return journey, the bus will leave Ujjain at 5.40 pm every day.

The service will operate via Balasinor, Godhra, Dahod, Dhar and Indore before reaching Ujjain.

Ahmedabad-Ujjain Fare Fixed At ₹911

The fare for the Ahmedabad-Ujjain journey has been fixed at ₹911.

The AC luxury bus comes with full air-conditioning, push-back seats and adequate luggage space, offering passengers a more comfortable option for the long-distance journey.

Ujjain is a major pilgrimage destination in Madhya Pradesh and is home to the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva.

New AC Bus Service To Shirdi

Alongside the Ujjain service, GSRTC has launched an AC bus service from Ahmedabad to Shirdi.

The bus will depart daily from Nehrunagar at 7 am. The fare for the Ahmedabad-Shirdi journey has been fixed at around ₹1,289.

The service is aimed at providing another direct public transport option for devotees travelling to the Shirdi Sai Baba temple.

Passengers can book seats in advance through the official GSRTC website and mobile application.

Tickets can also be purchased at GSRTC bus stand booking counters.
