Felt uncomfortable in heat, now completely healthy: Union Minister Nitin Gadkari

Campaigning for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), union minister of road transport and highways, Nitin Gadkari was addressing the public in Maharashtra’s Yavatmal when he collapsed. People around him on the stage attended to him immediately.

Later, Gadkari took to X to say that he felt uncomfortable due to the heat, and now is completely healthy. The minister also informed that he would be leaving for Varud to attend the next gathering.

Gadkari is the LS candidate from Nagpur and is contesting the seat for the third time.

This is not the first time when Gadkari has lost consciousness on stage. In 2018, he collapsed on the stage in Maharashtra's Ahmednagar during a speech.
