The letter was delivered by Anwar Gargash, diplomatic advisor to the UAE president, in the presence of Iranian officials, according to Iran’s semi-official Fars news agency.Araghchi emphasized that Iran has always been open to negotiations under equal terms. He noted that Iran continues discussions with France, Britain, and Germany on the nuclear issue, while also engaging with other international stakeholders.Iran's nuclear program remains within the framework of the Non-Proliferation Treaty and continues to progress, Araghchi added.The 2015 nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), was abandoned by the US in 2018 under Trump’s administration, prompting Iran to scale back its commitments.
