Canadian woman alleges inappropriate behavior at Radisson spa in Bengaluru

A Canadian woman has filed a police complaint alleging harassment by a massage therapist during a session at the private hotel spa in Bengaluru. The incident reportedly took place at the Radisson hotel, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Vidhana Soudha police station.
According to the complaint, the woman was undergoing a massage at the hotel’s spa when the therapist allegedly behaved inappropriately. She further claimed that the therapist opened the spa room door while she was in a vulnerable state, causing her mental distress and humiliation.
The woman stated that she immediately brought the matter to the attention of the hotel management. However, she alleged that her complaint was not taken seriously. Instead of initiating any formal action, the management reportedly refunded ₹7,000 out of the ₹10,000 she had paid for the massage and allegedly advised her not to pursue the issue further.
The woman later approached the police and lodged a formal complaint seeking action against the therapist and those responsible. Based on her statement police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the matter.
