BJP forms election manifesto committee, Guj CM Bhupendra Patel named in list

Ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) has appointed its election manifesto committee, with defence minister Rajnath Singh as its chairperson.

The BJP national president, JP Nadda, has announced the election manifesto committee for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 today.

Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman and minister of commerce & industry Piyush Goyal are co-convenors of the committee.

The other members of the committee include Gujarat chief minister Bhupendra Patel, union tribal affairs minister Arjun Munda, railway minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, and newly appointed CMs of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh, Vishnu Deo Sai, and Dr Mohan Yadav, respectively.

A total of 27 member committees have been formed, including the chairperson, conveners, and members.
