For students seeking admission to medical, dental, Ayurveda, and homeopathy courses after Class 12 Science, registration for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is about to begin. The National Testing Agency (NTA), as per the instructions from the Ministry of Higher Education, has mandated that students must update their Aadhaar details with their Class 10th marksheet information before registering for NEET.

Students must link their Aadhaar card with their APAR (Automated Permanent Academic Record) ID. The APAR ID is a unique identifier assigned to each student by the school education board. This linkage is crucial for the registration and examination process.

The NTA has instructed students to ensure that their names on the Aadhaar card match their names as per their Class 10th marksheet. If there are any discrepancies, students must update their Aadhaar details accordingly.

Students who fail to update their Aadhaar details as per their Class 10th marksheet may face difficulties in registering for NEET and may not be able to appear for the examination.

Therefore, it is crucial for students to ensure their Aadhaar details are updated and linked to their APAR ID before the NEET registration process begins.
