Airline employee charged with attempted assault of colleague in Gurugram

A female cabin crew has filed a complaint against a male colleague of molesting and attempt of rape at a hotel in Sector 29 in Gurugram, prompting the police to launch  an official investigation. 

According to reports, the incident occurred following a work trip to Dehradun on February 7. During the return trip, the accused drove in the wrong direction for 250 kilometres, reaching Gurugram instead of their destination in Bulandshahr.

The victim, allegedly exhausted from the journey, gave in and decided to stay in a hotel at Gurugram.

The accused, stating that he was out of funds, booked only one room and convinced the victim to share it.

However, once inside, the accused allegedly locked a door, molested the victim and attempted to rape her. 

The victim reportedly cried for help and alerted the hotel staff, who rescued her from the room. Investigations are ongoing, however no arrest has been made yet, as per reports.
