Traffic rerouted in Bandra Kurla Complex from Jan 21-Apr 20 due to congestion

The Traffic Police have announced temporary changes to traffic flow in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) from January 21 to April 20. 

These changes are being made to ease congestion, which has increased due to a significant number of vehicles on the road.

BKC reroute 

No Entry: Avenue 3 Road will be closed to vehicles from the WeWork building gap to the BKC Connector Junction, and from the BKC Connector Junction to the NSE Junction.  

Alternative Route: Vehicles can take a left turn at the WeWork building gap, then a right turn from the rear side of the WeWork building, pass under the BKC Connector bridge, proceed to the MMRDA ground, and continue from the NSE Junction to the desired destination.

The heavy congestion at the BKC is due to the sudden surge in the number of vehicles on the road, said a police person, suggested reports.
