Mumbai airport launches quick delivery service for passengers at Terminal 2

Passengers travelling through Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai can now order essential items inside the terminal through a new app-based quick delivery service launched at Terminal 2 domestic departures.
The service, introduced in partnership with quick commerce platform Blinkit, allows travellers to order items such as chargers, snacks, books and personal care products and receive them at boarding gates, lounges, food courts and select outlets within the airport.
Deliveries will be handled by on-ground staff to ensure they comply with airport security protocols and do not disrupt passenger movement. Permissible liquids, including packaged drinking water and beverages, are sourced from approved in-terminal inventory.
Officials said the initiative aims to improve convenience for passengers, particularly those with limited time before boarding, by providing access to commonly needed items without leaving their waiting areas.
