Four Deaths Reported in 24 Hours Across Jamnagar District in Separate Incidents

Four people died in four separate incidents across Jamnagar city and district over the past 24 hours, with police registering cases of unnatural death and beginning investigations.

Youth Dies After Consuming Poison in Dhuvav

Jatinbhai Narendrabhai Kanjariya, 28, of Dhuvav village, allegedly consumed poison on September 12 amid financial difficulties and concerns over not getting married.

He was undergoing treatment but died on September 21 at around 3.30 pm. His father, Narendrabhai Kanjariya, informed the police. The incident falls under the Panchkoshi-A Division police station area.

Man Dies After Prolonged Illness in Keshiya

Rughanathbhai Kuvarjibhai Godhani, 61, died after his health deteriorated in Keshiya village of Jodiya taluka.

He had previously undergone surgery for a brain-related illness and paralysis. After treatment at a hospital in Ahmedabad, he was brought back to Keshiya. His condition later worsened and he was taken to the government hospital in Dhrol, where the doctor on duty declared him dead.

Labourer Dies After Health Deteriorates During Masonry Work

Ajitsinh Umersinh Solanki, 54, died after his health suddenly deteriorated while he was working as a bricklayer at a godown at his house in Kanalu village.

The incident occurred under the Meghpar-Padana police station area. He was taken to GG Hospital in Jamnagar for treatment but died during treatment.

Man Dies After Health Deteriorates in Shankar Tekri

Girdharbhai Shankarbhai Vaghela, 50, a resident of the Vallabhnagar area of Shankar Tekri, was taken to GG Hospital after his health deteriorated.

However, the doctor on duty declared him dead. The incident falls under the CT-C Division police station area.

Police have registered cases under Section 194 of the IPC in the relevant incidents and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the deaths.
