He alleged that the failure to issue an early warning ahead of such a major disaster had resulted in significant loss of life and property.

Flash Flood Sweeps Through Border Region
The flash flood struck areas near the Tibet border on Wednesday morning, sending a sudden surge of water into the Bhote Koshi River and causing widespread destruction in and around Timure and Syapru Besi.
Settlements, vehicles and infrastructure were damaged as the floodwaters swept through vulnerable areas, particularly along the riverbanks.
Authorities have yet to determine the exact number of casualties or the full extent of the damage.
PM Balendra Shah Orders Rescue Operations
Prime Minister Balendra Shah, popularly known as Balen Shah, has directed authorities to intensify relief and rescue efforts in the affected areas.
The Nepal Army, Armed Police Force and Nepal Police have been deployed for search and rescue operations, according to an official statement.
Authorities are continuing to assess the situation and trace people affected by the floods as rescue teams work in the disaster-hit region.
