Two helicopters collide mid-air in Brazil, six people killed

An aviation incident was reported from Brazil’s Rio de Janeiro on Sunday where two helicopters reportedly collided mid-air, killing all six people on board. After the collision, one of the helicopters crashed into the parking lot of an electric car dealership, as per reports.
Among the dead passengers, a victim reportedly identified as US singer Oliver Tree.
After the two helicopters collided, one of them fell into the parking lot of an electric car dealership in the Recreio dos Bandeirantes neighbourhood where a major fire sparked as several electric vehicles caught fire. While another helicopter also fell down but did not catch fire, as per reports.
Firefighters later reached the spot and brought the fire under control.
Videos circulating on social media showed that several vehicles were in flames, while debris from the helicopter was scattered across the site.
Authorities reportedly said that the debris of the helicopters were spread over an area of at least 100 metres, with parts of the aircraft landing on nearby residential buildings, the report states.
