Shots fired at Kamala Harris’ campaign office in Arizona

Updated: Sep 25th, 2024

Several gunshots were fired at Kamala Harris’ campaign office in Arizona, USA, late on the night at September 24, confirmed local police.

No one was inside the office during the incident, according to reports, but damage was found. Authorities are investigating the attack, and security around the area has been increased.

This isn’t the first shooting that has taken place on a US presidential election candidate.

Before Kamala Harris, shooting was reported near Donald Trump’s Palm Beach golf course on September 15 when the former president was on the course and shots were fired from the trees on the periphery.

On July 13, the first failed assassination attempt on Trump was made during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, when a bullet grazed his ear.

US Intelligence agencies have also briefed former President Donald Trump on the ‘real and specific’ threat to his life allegedly from Iran to ‘sow chaos’ in the country, according to his campaign communications director.

The presidential elections will take place in the US on November 5, when Trump will face Democratic Party presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris.
