Pakistan Minister Kidnapped At Gunpoint In Broad Daylight, Masked Men Caught On Camera

In a shocking incident in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Public Health Engineering Minister Fazal Shakur Khan was allegedly kidnapped by unknown armed assailants in broad daylight. The masked men reportedly stopped his car after firing at its tyres and took the minister away at gunpoint.

Attackers Fired At Car Tyres

According to the information available, the attackers first fired bullets at the tyres of Fazal Shakur Khan’s car to force it to stop. They then stopped the vehicle and allegedly took the minister with them to an unknown location.

A video that has gone viral on social media shows masked armed men blocking the road. The men are reportedly seen carrying AK-47 rifles.

However, it is not yet clear which organisation or group is behind the alleged kidnapping or what their demands are.

PTI Leader Shakeel Ahmed Also Targeted

Alongside the alleged kidnapping of Fazal Shakur Khan, reports have also emerged of an attempt to target PTI leader and provincial MLA Shakeel Ahmed.

The alleged attempt to kidnap Shakeel Ahmed in Malakand has triggered anger among party workers.

PTI Workers Protest In Malakand

Angry PTI workers blocked the But Khaila bypass in Malakand, burnt tyres and raised slogans in protest following the reported incidents.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Minister Shafi Jan described the incident as a direct attack on the Constitution, law and the people’s mandate.

Senior PTI leaders have demanded accountability and warned that protests will be intensified across the province if the situation is not brought under control.
